Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between Beamhub and users of our services. By purchasing or subscribing to any service offered by Beamhub, you agree to these terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- PayPal and other digital payment platforms
- Bank transfers for enterprise accounts
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors. Beamhub does not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Pricing and Fees
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice. Any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
The total amount charged will include:
- Base subscription or service fee
- Applicable taxes as required by law
- Any optional add-ons or upgrades selected
Billing Cycles
Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected during purchase:
- Monthly: Billed on the same day each month
- Quarterly: Billed every three months from the start date
- Annually: Billed once per year from the start date
Billing occurs automatically using the payment method on file. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize Beamhub to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your account. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription or remove the payment method.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will maintain sufficient funds or credit to cover all charges
Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined:
- We will attempt to process payment up to three times over a period of seven days
- You will receive email notification of the failed payment
- Your account may be suspended until payment is successfully processed
- Additional fees may apply for failed payment attempts as permitted by law
Continued failure to provide valid payment may result in account termination and loss of access to services.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:
Subscription Services
Monthly and quarterly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days of initial purchase only. Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
One-Time Purchases
Digital products and services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Refund requests for technical issues or service failures will be reviewed individually.
Event Registrations
Seminar and event registrations may be refunded according to the following schedule:
- More than 14 days before event: Full refund
- 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@beamhub.sbs with your order details and reason for the request.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to services until the end of the paid period
- No further charges will be processed
- Your account data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added, and other taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on Beamhub's income.
Tax rates are calculated based on the billing address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure your address information is accurate for proper tax calculation.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your financial institution will handle the conversion and may apply conversion fees.
Beamhub is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider rather than contacting us directly:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- You may be charged a dispute processing fee
- Resolution may require additional documentation from you
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
We encourage you to contact us directly at info@beamhub.sbs to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Notice of price changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance for subscription services.
Price changes will not affect your current subscription until renewal. You will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
Late Payments
For enterprise accounts with invoice billing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of service access
- Late payment fees as permitted by law
- Conversion to prepaid billing for future services
- Termination of service for accounts more than 60 days overdue
Payment Information Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All payment data is encrypted during transmission and storage.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Monitoring your account for unauthorized transactions
- Notifying us immediately of any suspected security breach
Enterprise and Custom Arrangements
Custom payment terms may be available for enterprise accounts. Contact us at info@beamhub.sbs to discuss volume pricing, alternative billing cycles, or special payment arrangements.
Custom agreements supersede these standard payment terms only where explicitly stated in writing.

Changes to Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For significant changes affecting your financial obligations, we will provide direct notice via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
